*All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. Documents must be complete prior to the appointment (except where signatures are required)

Travel Fees

A travel fee applies to all mobile appts & is based on distance from our service area.

Travel fees are calculated based on mileage and travel time. Pricing will be confirmed prior to appt confirmation.

*Travel fees are separate from Arizona state notarial fees.

Rush Appointments: Same-day or expedited appointments may include an additional convenience fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that schedules change.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full travel fee.
